After five weeks of an intense workout regiment nine months ago, Bob and I finally made it back to the J. We figured that we would start now, just in time for the holidays. I have no expectations of losing any weight during the next two months with all the good food we’re going to be eating, but hopefully I won’t gain any. Let’s just see how long we’ll last. I think we set a good goal for ourselves, though, going three times a week. Sounds good for right now. We’ll keep you posted.
