Ever since I got married, I’ve always wanted to learn how to cook from my mom and make some of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately, she does not have any of her recipes written down, they are all in her head! So, this year, I’ve decided to buckle down and start watching her cook and write down the recipes. Today, since I had the day off (ha ha Bob!), I went over and learned how to make Curry Chicken. Bob really likes this dish and now that I know how to do it, I’ll be able to make it for him anytime. This is going to be a great experience for me. I’ll be able to spend more time with my mom and learn some great things from her.
