Yea, Landline

We finally got our phone line set up at home now, so you can all call me there! It’s the same number but if you have already erased it from your cell, email me and I’ll give it to you! I know, I’m old school, having a home telephone line, but I can’t help it. It’s so much easier hearing the home phone ring and finding at least one of the three cordless phones (even though none are ever on the cradle). With my cell phone, I don’t ever really hear it if I’m in another room because it’s buried at the bottom of my purse or somewhere else in the house. And cell phone service at the house is a little sketchy. It’s just another step toward normalcy for me.

  1. I insisted on having a landline! You are not alone :) What if there was an emergency and you couldn’t find your cell? Or what if you lost your cell like Will did and no one could call him for a month because Kat still lived in CA? There is still good reason to have a landline!

  2. Or your both retarded. They are useless and getting one pushed me into DSL; both purchases were mistakes. It’s just a good way for telemarketers to get in touch with you.

  3. If you want to give up our landline then go ahead. But if someone breaks in to kill me and I can find my cell phone and I die then it’s on you.

  4. All you have to do is put your number on the MO No Call List. And I wouldn’t want Krissy to be killed all because you didn’t want a back-up plan.

  5. I did put our number on the list in May. Then I got a message that we should stop getting calls in November or something. Lame.

  6. Glad to see that Jen is the only one that cares if I get killed. See, I have said all along that I should have married Jen. Stupid Kenny and his SDD.
