Because we used a Rachael Ray recipe last week, we needed to counteract the evil: go Giada De Laurentiis!
Entree: Dirty Risotto A wonderful risotto. The recipe actually called for mushrooms but Katie was the chef and she hates mushrooms, therefore it was omitted. The mushrooms were only missed by Bob. Eww, Bob eats fungus!
Side Dish: Lite Caesar Salad with Tomatoes Our favorite Caesar salad. Feel free to jazz it up to your tastes.
Dessert: Ooey-Gooey Peanut Butter-Chocolate Brownies Yummy brownie dessert. You must accompany the brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it may be to decadent without it.
Somehow I don’t think that dessert fits into your low calorie, healthy meal plan
Au contraire, the recipe was found in Cooking Light and it’s lite vanilla ice cream. :-) Very yummy.
The food looks DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to try it!!!
I’m sure it was delicious, but the dirty risotto kinda looks like vomit.
