Supper Club: May 7, 2008


Entree: Classic Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs Tasty dish and very easy to make. We ended up doubling the recipe and made the meatballs smaller which worked out much better.

Side Dishes: Broccoli with Toasted Garlic

Garlic Bread
1 Loaf of Crusty Bread (Italian, Sourdough, etc.)
Minced Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
Butter

Slice Bread into 1 inch slices. Slather with butter and garlic. Top with parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown.

Two simple dishes that complemented the entree.


Dessert: Easy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Eclair Light dessert that required no baking. Instead of using the recipe for the chocolate topping, I just melted 6 squares of Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate with a tub of Cool Whip in the microwave and spread over the graham crackers.
