Supper Club: August 6, 2008

It’s been a while since we’ve had a traditional Supper Club, but we’re back for the time being, until we decide that we need to switch up the routine a bit again.

Appetizer: Turkey Peppercorn Ranch Bites. Um, didn’t have peppercorn ranch so used regular and it was fine.

Entree: Greek Style Burgers with Feta Aioli. If you are not a spinach fan, then this burger is not for you.

Side Dish: Green Bean and Tomato Pasta Salad.

Dessert: Mini Mocha Toffee Crunch Cheesecake.
