Appetizer: Argentine Black Bean Flatbread with Chimichurri Drizzle. An amazing flatbread appetizer. Trust me, we all loved it!
Entree: Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli. A very filling pasta, you can probably have only four ravioli in one sitting or else you will make yourself sick. We didn’t make the clear broth, we just used chopped tomatoes on top. I’m sure you can also use marinara sauce if you’re looking for some sauciness.
Side Dishes: Parmesan, Garlic and Basil Twists and Garlicky Lemon Broccoli. Everyone really enjoyed the breadsticks, it has a lot of flavor and it’s just addicting. I thought the broccoli came out bland, it didn’t have enough garlic or lemon for my palate.
Dessert: Churros y Chocolate. (Okay, this wasn’t the exact recipe but it’ll do, nonetheless.) Holy moley! Fried dough, covered in sugar and dipped in dark chocolate!!!! There is nothing more I can say. I even drank the chocolate dip because it was like fantastic hot chocolate.
Don’t know if you’ve defrosted your raviolis yet, but I found the rolled shape to be much easier to handle. I’m gonna make a note in the cookbook.
