Supper Club: July 1, 2009


Appetizer: Apple Cinnamon Fruit Dip. A refreshing fruit dip for the summer.


Entree: Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Pizza. Wonderful pizza and turned out much better than when Bob and I tried making one. We’ll leave the pizza-making to others.


Side Dishes: Watermelon and Italian House Salad. Similar to a Rich and Charlie’s salad so it’s fine by me. And watermelon is such a great side dish to go with anything during the summer.


Dessert: Raspberry Cream-Cheese Brownies. Decadent brownie recipe that has to be slightly tweaked, as in more raspberry preserves, please.
