Supper Club: October 21, 2009

Appetizer: Caramel Apple Dip: Straight-forward creamy, caramel apple dip.

Entree: Open-Faced Steak, Pear and Gorgonzola Sandwiches: A fun way to eat a sandwich. I do enjoy the pear-gorgonzola pairing and when you add steak, it’s just makes it even better.

Side Dish: Cheddar Corn Chowder: A wonderful, hearty soup, perfect for a chilly fall night. Even though this soup was a side dish, it would work perfect as an entree.

Dessert: Pumpkin Crisp: A fantastic fall dessert. It’s an interesting use of cake mix as the ‘”crisp.”
